JSPC Group is supporting SYSTRA UK & Ireland on the Athenry to Claremorris project, providing on-site PSCS support for this important Irish Rail commission.

The role is focused on helping delivery remain safe, coordinated and properly controlled on site. Effective PSCS support is not simply a matter of completing documentation. It depends on clear communication, accurate shift reporting, effective liaison with the client and subcontractors, and the confidence to identify and resolve issues before they disrupt the programme.

Our experience managing PSCS site supervisors on the Cork Area Commuter Rail programme has given JSPC a strong practical foundation. That experience includes coordinating day and night coverage, signing off PSCS forms, supporting shift handovers and working alongside delivery teams to maintain continuity throughout demanding access windows.

The Athenry to Claremorris project also reflects JSPC Group’s continued growth across Ireland. Having operated in the country for almost three years, we understand that clients need support which combines knowledge of Irish rail processes with the practical delivery experience developed across major UK programmes.

Alongside PSCS representation, JSPC can provide access planning, P6 planning, possession management, buried-services coordination, project controls and on-call delivery support. This joined-up approach helps remove gaps between the programme, the access strategy and what actually happens on site.

No drama. No disappearing when the job gets busy. Just experienced rail professionals working alongside the project team to keep delivery moving safely and efficiently.
